We offer many class times for you to choose from. Our gym uses the platform Wodify to track our member information. If you are a current member, please remember to sign in and reserve your class time to help us manage our coaching schedule
Monday through Friday we offer 1-hour group crossfit classes. The class starts with a dynamic warm up, strength and a metcon to finish off your session
Class times are 5 AM, 6 AM, 9 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM and 6 PM.
Saturdays are always our partner WOD. Grab a gym buddy and come a 45 minute partner workout. Our Saturday classes do not include a weightlifting portion.
Class times are 8 AM and 9 AM
Are you new to weightlifting and want to learn the basics? Or maybe you've been lifting for a while and you just want to improve your technique? We've got your covered. Join our one hour Saturday class that focuses on progressions and technique to help you increase those numbers.
