We offer many class times for you to choose from. Our gym uses the platform Wodify to track our member information. If you are a current member, please remember to sign in and reserve your class time to help us manage our coaching schedule
Monday through Friday we offer 1-hour group classes. The class starts with a dynamic warm up, strength and a metcon to finish off your session
Class times are 5 AM, 6 AM, 9 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM and 6 PM.
Saturdays are always our partner WOD. Grab a gym buddy and come a 45 minute partner workout. Our Saturday classes do not include a weightlifting portion.
